Cobble Hill Association Executive Board

The CHA Executive Board is comprised of volunteer community members who are elected by their neighbors. Each serves a two-year term.

Amy Breedlove

President

A resident of Brooklyn since 1993, Amy moved to Cobble Hill in 2006. She and her wife, Sabine, and their son live on Henry Street. Amy works as an independent business consultant for creative businesses -- primarily architects and interior designers.

Bennette Kramer

First Vice President

A resident of Cobble Hill since the spring of 1972, Bennette is an attorney with Schlam Stone & Dolan in Manhattan. She and her husband, Eliot Long, live on Clinton Street. Their daughter, Carolyn Kramer, who grew up in Cobble Hill, now lives in Brooklyn Heights with her family.

Josh Vogel

Corresponding Secretary

A lifelong resident of Cobble Hill, Josh is the Gallery Manager of The Skyscraper Museum in New York City. His instagram account NYCUrbanism has 30,000 followers.

Amanda Sue Nichols

Second Vice President

Amanda recently concluded a ten year stint as Senior Counsel to the Appeals Division of the NYC Law Department. She is a mother of two and has previously chaired the CHA Community Life Committee.

Jennifer Burns

Recording Secretary

Jennifer is a real estate agent with Brown Harris Stevens. She is the mother of three children.
